1. Who we are

Vial Perfumery is an independent Australian fragrance decanting service, based in New South Wales. Contact: hello@vialperfumery.com.

2. What we sell, and what we are not

We sell decants — smaller quantities of fragrance transferred from genuine, sealed full-size bottles into glass atomiser vials. We are not the manufacturer of any fragrance we decant.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorised retailer for any of the fragrance houses whose products we decant. All brand names, product names and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and are used only to identify the fragrance contained in a decant.

Any description of a fragrance’s notes or character is our own or drawn from publicly available fragrance references, and is not the manufacturer’s copy. Decants are supplied in unbranded vials. You are not buying original packaging, boxes, or any manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Product information

We take care to describe every fragrance accurately, and note listings are cross-checked against fragrance databases before publishing. Fragrance houses reformulate without notice, and batches vary. We can’t guarantee that a given decant matches a specific batch or a version you may have tried previously.

Colours on screen and photographs of full-size bottles are illustrative. What you receive is a labelled glass atomiser vial.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — including after it’s been placed — where a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, where stock has run out, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

5. Stock

Stock figures are our best estimate of what remains in an open bottle. Very occasionally an item sells out between your order and our filling it. If that happens we’ll contact you to offer a substitution, a partial refund, or a full refund.

6. Age

Our products are intended for customers aged 18 and over. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

7. Safe use

Fragrance is flammable and is for external use only. Keep it away from heat, flame, eyes and children, and do not ingest it. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

8. Intellectual property

The text, layout and original photography on this site belong to Vial Perfumery. You may not copy our product descriptions or site content for commercial use without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
