What exactly is a decant?
A decant is a smaller amount of a fragrance transferred from its original full-size bottle into a glass atomiser vial. Same juice, same batch, much smaller commitment. Nothing is diluted, mixed or altered.
How do I know it's authentic?
Every bottle we decant from is bought sealed, from authorised retailers, and kept. We never decant from testers, unsealed bottles or unbranded refills, and we don't stock clones. If you ever have a doubt about a decant you've received, email us and we'll show you the source bottle.
How many sprays do I get?
As a rough guide: 2ml is around 20 sprays, 5ml around 50, and 10ml around 100. If you wear four sprays a day, 5ml gives you about a fortnight — long enough to see how a fragrance behaves on your skin in different weather and settings.
Which size should I order?
If you're sampling several things at once, 2ml is enough to know whether something is worth pursuing. If you already suspect you'll like it, go 5ml — one wear rarely tells you the truth about a fragrance. 10ml is for the ones you want to wear all season without buying the bottle yet.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days, with tracking emailed as soon as your parcel leaves. Shipping is free on orders over $80, and express is available Australia-wide at checkout.
Can I return a decant?
Because decants are opened personal-care products, we can't take them back for change of mind — that's a hygiene requirement, not a preference. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or not as described, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
